The Water Tower in Duin en Bos
Just up from where I used to live in Holland, was built in 1908 and supplied drinking water to the local hospital until 20 years ago.

I saw a really good one, one of those lean back bikes, but it was a 3 wheeler and had like a light canvas tent right around it so that they guy could stay dry, not so sure about being warm, it was a good day, but only 2 degrees.
